Twenty Four Seven Hotels Adds Four California Hotels to Ever Expanding West Coast Portfolio

Twenty Four Seven Hotels, a third-party hospitality management company for premium-branded, select-service and lifestyle hotel segments in the western U.S., today announced the addition of four California hotels to its ever-expanding West Coast portfolio. The hotels include the 128-room Hyatt House Sacramento/Midtown, the 112-room Hyatt Place Newark/Silicon Valley, the 90-room Hampton Inn & Suites Marina and the 119-room Holiday Inn Express Chino Hills. The company is currently providing pre-opening services for the soon-to-open hotels, which expect to be fully operational by December 2022.

Independently owned, Twenty-Four Seven Hotels is an approved operator for such premium hospitality brands as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Choice. The company is uniquely California-focused, granting it greater market and labour environment understanding.

Located in the Sutter District near Capital Mall, Crocker Art Museum and the Old Sacramento Waterfront, the Hyatt House Sacramento/Midtown is a remodel of the historic Eastern Star Hall building. The three-story, Romanesque Revival-style building showcases Moorish and Byzantine architectural elements from 1928. Hotel amenities include free Wi-Fi, 24/7 fitness centre, business services and 700 square feet of flexible meeting space. Guests may grab a bite to eat at the daily, complimentary breakfast bar or stop for a cocktail at Star Lounge. The hotel also provides H Mart, a 24-hour, grab-n-go sundry shop. The hotel is owned by Hume Development.

Hyatt Place Newark/Silicon Valley

Situated at 5600 John Muir Drive just steps from NewPark Mall and close to Highway 880, the five-story hotel is convenient to Mission Peak Regional Preserve, Central Park and Levi’s Stadium. The hotel provides a daily, complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi, 24/7 fitness centre, indoor pool, a state-of-the-art business centre and 2,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

Nestled less than a mile from Marina State Beach at 120 Reservation Road, the Exdev-owned hotel is a five-minute drive from the Monterey Peninsula Recreational Trail within Fort Ord Dunes State Park and 11 miles away is the John Steinbeck Monument and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
