Congratulations to the team at Latvian carrier airBaltic for their innovation in flexible working for staff for its “Office in the Sky” project!
Everyone in the office had a chance to apply, go through the selection process, and then complete months of training to become a part of the airline's cabin crew. The first 14 of those dedicated employees have now taken the steps to become both cabin crew while combining it with their office jobs! Which is a win-win situation for both employer and employee and opens a raft of opportunities for them all.
