Flights will be operated on Airbus A350, the most advanced wide-body aircraft in Aeroflot’s fleet. Aeroflot’s A350 has a three-class cabin layout with 28 private business class Suites, 24 Comfort economy seats, and 264 Economy class seats. The business class cabin design featuring 2-metre full-flat beds in each Suite offers an unprecedented level of comfort, rivalling the first-class cabins of most major carriers. The Suites provide a high level of privacy and personal space.
The A350 is fitted with the latest in-flight entertainment system in all classes of service with Wi-Fi connection available on board. Economy and Comfort class offer increased legroom and seat pitch. The spacious cabin, reduced noise and adaptive lighting create a relaxing atmosphere for passengers on board.
Aeroflot operates international flights from Sheremetyevo Airport’s Terminal C, Russia’s most cutting-edge airport terminal. Malevich lounge located in the airside area of the terminal ensures comfortable wait time: a nice view on the airfield, fine food and beverages, comfortable lounge chairs, sleep boxes, kids’ playing zone and spa zone as well as an enclosed smoking area.
A festive atmosphere was created for passengers before the first flight. A performance was staged in the check-in area with music playing and dancers performing Latin American dances. Each traveller on board received souvenirs and welcome drinks, including Champagne and Dominican rum. In the Punta Cana airport the inaugural flight from Moscow will be greeted with a traditional water arch.
