Icelandair's second quarter 2021 results

Icelandair has released its latest results for the second quarter of 2021, during which the financially troubled carrier reintroduced 15 destinations and weekly flights increasing to 160 by the end of June. The airline also took 8 aircraft out of storage and took delivery of 3 Boeing 737 MAX jets. On the financial side of things, the firm's net cash from operations was USD 65 million increasing by USD 96.8 million compared to Q2 2020 leading to a net loss of USD54.9 million.
