Viva Air has received a new Airbus A320neo aircraft, powered by CFM International LEAP-1A engines on long-term lease from Aviation Capital Group within the last week. This latest addition to the fleet is the fifth craft of a multi-plane deal.

"We are pleased to announce this A320neo delivery to Viva Air,” said Tom Baker, CEO and president of ACG. “ACG is honoured to contribute to Viva’s growing A320neo fleet and we are confident that this aircraft will enhance the airline’s operations in Latin America."

"As we continue to grow our international operations and low-fare network, we are excited to receive another of our brand-new NEO aircraft from our valued partners ACG which will play a key role in our continued expansion throughout the region reaching new destinations for Viva such as Mexico City, Cancun and Orlando," said Felix Antelo, Viva Air Group President and CEO.
