The Dutch airline KLM has further scaled back its route network as to coronavirus COVID-19 crisis continues to affect Europe.
As of 22 March (*23 March), KLM will no longer fly to the European destinations listed below until further notice:
Alpine countries: Graz and Zagreb
France: Montpellier
Central Europe: Gdańsk, Cracow* and Wroclaw*, Kiev and St. Petersburg
Germany: Dresden
Italy: Bologna, Rome, Florence, Genoa, Milan, Naples, Turin and Venice
Nordics: Ålesund, Kristiansand, Linköping, Sandefjord and Växjö
Spain/Portugal: Porto
Turkey: Istanbul
United Kingdom and Ireland: Belfast, Inverness, Humberside and Durham

Angola
From 19 March all flights to and from Angola shall be suspended.
Argentina/Chili
Due to travel restrictions in Argentina, flights to/from Buenos Aires/Santiago de Chile are suspended for the time being from 15 March until 29 March.
Aruba
As of 21 March, no passengers are allowed to fly from Schiphol to Aruba. For the time being, KLM will continue to fly according to schedule in order to bring passengers from Aruba to Schiphol.
Austria
Austria has imposed entry bans on a number of countries, including the Netherlands. As of 19 March, KLM will only be allowed to transport (Austrian) residents to Austria (via Amsterdam).
Bonaire
Passengers are not allowed to disembark in Bonaire until March 27th. For the time being, KLM will continue to fly according to schedule in order to bring passengers from Bonaire to Schiphol Airport.
Canada
As of March 17, only Canadian nationals are allowed to fly to Canada. Edmonton is suspended for the time being. KLM will continue to fly to Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary for the time being. As of March 19, all passengers must undergo a health check before departure.
Chile
Flights to Santiago International Airport are suspended until 29 March.
China
All flights to China are suspended for the time being.
Colombia
As of 16 March, only Colombian citizens and residents are allowed to fly to Colombia. KLM will continue to fly to Bogota and Cartagena for the time being.
Costa Rica
Only citizens and residents of Costa Rica can fly to Costa Rica from 19 March to 12 April.
Curaçao
Only residents of Curacao may disembark in Curacao. For the time being, KLM will continue to fly on schedule in order to bring passengers from Curaçao to Schiphol Airport.
Ecuador
From 16 March only residents of Ecuador can fly to Ecuador. As of 17 March no incoming passengers on Quito and Guayaquil. Travelers can fly from Ecuador to Europe. On 20 and 22 March, KLM will operate flights to Guayaquil to pick up passengers.
Philippines
Due to travel restrictions, all flights to Manila are suspended until 21 March. A flight is scheduled to pick up passgiers-by and to Amsterdam on 21 March (KUL-MNL-KUL-AMS).
Ghana
As of 16 March, passengers from countries with more than 200 corona infections will be banned.
Hong Kong
As of 19 March, only passengers with the Dutch nationality from Hong Kong may fly to Amsterdam. Passengers travelling from the Schengen area to Hong Kong will have to spend 14 days in quarantine.
India
Due to travel restrictions from India, flights to Bangalore/Bombay/Delhi are suspended as of 22 March.
Italy
Due to travel restrictions from the Netherlands, flights to/from Italy will be suspended as of 14 March until 28 March.
Japan
In Japan, travellers who have been in Italy/Switzerland/Spain will be banned from entering from 19 March. Passengers who are not residents of Japan must be in self-quarantine for 14 days after arrival.
Kenya
From 17 March to 16 April, only citizens and residents of Kenya can fly to Kenya. Transfer in Nairobi is allowed.
Kuwait
Due to travel restrictions in Kuwait, all flights to/from Kuwait are suspended until 23 March. The flight to Bahrain on 21 March will be operated.
Malaysia
From 18 to 31 March, foreign tourists are not allowed to travel to Malaysia. It is allowed to change trains. KLM will continue to fly to Kuala Lumpur for the time being.
Nigeria
Due to travel restrictions in Nigeria, flights from Schiphol to Nigeria will be suspended as of 21 March.
Ukraine
Due to travel restrictions, all flights to Kiev have been cancelled as of 17 March.
Oman
Flights to Muscat are suspended until the 22nd of March.
Panama
Flights to Panama City are suspended until 28 March.
Poland
From 15 March, flights will go empty to Poland and with passengers back to Amsterdam.
Peru
As of 16 March, European flights in Peru will be banned for 30 days. Flights to Lima have been suspended for the time being.
Russia
Due to travel restrictions, all flights to St. Petersburg have been cancelled as of 16 March.
Rwanda
From 20 March only passengers may be picked up. KLM will fly on March 22nd, 23rd and 25th.
Saudi Arabia
Flights to Dammam are suspended until March 22nd.
Singapore
Passengers who have been to France, Germany, Iran, Italy, mainland China, South Korea or Spain are banned from travelling. From March 23 23.59 Singapore time, Singapore will ban all passengers and transfer passengers.
Saint Martin
From 17 March until 31 March, no passengers are allowed to travel from Europe to Sint Maarten. For the time being, KLM will continue to fly on schedule to bring passengers from Sint Maarten to Schiphol.
Spain
Due to travel restrictions transferpassengers from Spain are banned from travelling to the Netherlands.
Suriname
Passengers are not allowed to disembark in Suriname. For the time being, KLM will continue to fly on schedule to bring passengers from Suriname to Schiphol.
Taiwan
Due to travel restrictions, all flights to Taipei are suspended until March 21st.
Turkey
Due to travel restrictions in Turkey, flights to Istanbul will be operated without passengers from 14 March to 22 March. Passengers flying back must be Dutch.
Uganda
Due to travel restrictions alle passengers travelling to Entebbe are banned from March 23.
United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi)
All flights to Dubai are suspended as of 20 March. To Abu Dhabi from 21 March.
United States of America
Flights to Las Vegas, Washington and Minneapolis are suspended until 29 March due to travel restrictions.
South Africa
From 15 March, residents of Germany, Italy, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Iran and China are not allowed to travel to South Africa.
South Korea
Due to travel restrictions from the Netherlands, flights from Amsterdam to Seoul Incheon will for the time being be cargo-only until 28 March. From 19 March, only passengers with the Dutch nationality of Seoul Incheon will be allowed to travel to Amsterdam.
