IAG airline British Airways has confirmed it will be shutting down the boutique business airline OpenSkies after 10 years of operations.
OpenSkies currently flies between New York and Paris, will cease operating from September next year. According to the airline, no staff will lose their jobs as they will all be transferred to the new IAG budget long-haul airline called Level.
IAG will also pass other OpenSkies assets to Level including slots and departure gates at Paris Orly airport.
